As we prepare for March, it's time to get our month end review up and out and check on the status of our ongoing projects. I'm in the process of modifying how we present out pending reward lists, to make them a bit easier to grasp with a quick glance. It's a work in progress, but I think we'll figure it out.
ONYX PATHCAST ROUNDTABLE
Before we have our review, I just wanted to highlight the latest episode of Onyx Path's weekly podcast, in which Matthew Dawkins is joined by Cat Evans, Hiromi Cota, Leath Sheales, and Michele Masala to talk about Werewolf: The Apocalypse 20th Anniversary Edition, in particular Apocalyptic Record and Howls of Apocalypse.

I've compressed the Apocalyptic Record various formats that we previously listed individually - the PDF, the deluxe book, the discounted Print-on-Demand link - down to one line. It's really one project despite being three formats, and those rewards just go out at different stages of progress. It simplifies the list a bit. Lots of great progress on our Stretch Goal supplements as well, with all of our books in editing now.

Hello Garou, howl ya doin'?
This is the first month end summary update of 2022, and will be a template for our regular updates over the course of the year. Looking back at the projected delivery dates from last year's Kickstarter campaign, we can see that we've still got a long way to go, but I'll be in touch at the end of every month to share any incremental progress made on the projects as well as to review our reward lists and touch base so that communication on this project is constant and consistent.

Rich has modified the way he's running the Project Tracking this year. At the end of each month, Onyx Path will be posting an update showing the current status of all of their projects and where each sits on the project tracking chart. In the weekly Monday Meeting Notes blogs, Rich will note any projects that have changed status, sometimes with developer notes, since the big monthly summary.
There will be an overall update in the next few days on Onyx Path's website, but looking back at these most recent updates, we can see the Howls of the Apocalypse stretch goal supplement, the Icons of Rage stretch goal supplement , and our main Apocalypse Record book are all currently in Editing.
Matthew's Notes on Howls of the Apocalypse: Brace yourself for Skull Pigs, nasty Pentex experiments, War Wolves, Yeren, new Fetishes, and the possible return of Turtle! By the end of this book, Circinus Brands will have convinced you to start smoking again.

ONYX PATH CROWDFUNDING IN 2021
Another challenging year. While there were some moments of taking two steps forward and one step back, at least there was some forward momentum. Onyx Path spent the previous year restructuring and adapting their processes to better function during the pandemic, but still external issues presented (and continue to present) challenges. Paper shortages, manufacturing difficulties, shipping and storage problems. The new normal.
Despite all of that, Onyx Path was able to get some products out, at least digitally, during the year.
While the massive paper shortage and manufacturing issues kept many of these from seeing print in 2021, they're all currently scheduled to attain physical form in early 2022. Here's hoping the process keeps moving forward and we can finally ship these rewards. Even with that caveat, that's still a pretty impressive list of stuff that's out and available to play.
Another solid year and another batch of fun and interesting projects added to Onyx Path's future release list. In supporting these during the crowdfunding phase, we've also managed to add these extra projects to the schedule:

Digital Reward Distribution - Existing PDFs starting distribution

It's been just about ten days since we launched our BackerKit Post-Campaign Pledge Manager, and most of you have visited, confirmed your pledge as well as reviewing (and maybe adding on) Add On rewards. With that information, I've been able to set up and start allocation on some of our existing rewards (i.e., the Werewolf: The Apocalypse 20th Anniversary Edition PDF, along with the other WoD 20A titles (V20 Dark Ages, Mage 20A, Changeling 20A, and Wraith 20A) as well as assembling one of the W20 multi-title PDF bundles (more on the way...).

DIGITAL REWARD DISTRIBUTION
Many of the rewards for our kickstarter projects take a lot of time and effort to complete. Usually, the kickstarter is a means of moving the project from an idea (even when it's a mostly-fully-written idea) into the actual channel that turns it into a project/product. It'll be a while before we're ready to talk about delivery on W20:The Apocalyptic Record, and even longer for our projects generated via Stretch Goals (the Iconsof Rage supplement, the Howls of the Apocalypse supplement, the VTT token pack,and the rest).
That said, there are a few rewards that are available now, as they were mostly add-on PDFs of existing products. And now we can work on getting those out to you over the weekend.

Near the end of each month, I will be sending out an update with status notes on our main project as well as the Stretch Goal projects we added. As noted in previous updates, these projects take a long time to put together. You've seen the manuscript preview PDF, but there are still many moving pieces and puzzles to solve in turning this into an awesome book. These month-end updates ensure that communication is constant and consistent, and that we're all on the same page with regards to where we stand.

From the BackerKit welcome page you can choose to
1 -Review Your Pledge Level and Rewards
2 - Switch Your Pledge Level
3 - Start Your Survey, confirming pledge rewards, confirming or selecting new Add On options, and confirming any shipping and payment info that may be needed
If you select option 1, your Pledge Level, you will see a list of all items included in your Pledge Rewards, and also have the option to upgrade your Pledge Level, in case you've decided to get the hardcover instead of just the PDF for example.
Selecting the Pledge Level reveals the Pledge Reward List and other details.
Once you've confirmed that your Pledge Level is correct and where you want it to be, you can GETSTARTED with your BackerKit Pledge Manager Survey.
Once we've got a fair response to our survey and collected a reasonable amount of info, I'll be working on fulfilling rewards that are available now - like the PDFs of the titles included in our Add On section (for example, Werewolf:The Apocalypse 20th Anniversary Edition PDF, the Werewolf Tales PDF Bundle, the Werewolf Assortment PDF Bundle, and the rest...).
